Be aware of the risks

Are you at risk of heart failure?

Heart failure (HF) can be hard to anticipate, with many of the risk factors being unknown or simply overlooked. Further, many people don’t realise that heart failure doesn’t just affect the elderly, those with already weakened hearts or a family history of heart disease.

With our short interactive checklist, you can learn about the risk factors that can lead to heart failure and download a simple report to help guide discussions with your doctor, should you feel that you may be at risk of HF.

This tool should not be used to diagnose heart failure and does not replace your doctor’s advice.

The risk checker tool is designed for your personal use only and AstraZeneca will not collect any personal information connected with its use.
